Moving can be daunting, but only if you attempt to do it on your own. With help from our team, we can make the transition from one home to another as smooth as a turntable's glide (that's Organizer Speak for "as smooth as silk").

Move-Ins

IF YOU ARE MOVING

We actually like to refer to our Move-Ins as "Settle-Ins," taking a three-phase approach ::

Phase 1 :: Decluttering
The smartest move you can make is to get us involved before the first box is packed. We help you edit your belongings in your current home to reduce the amount of unwanted items in your new home. Do Current Self a favor and don't pay for stuff to be moved, just for Future Self to realize that crap represents Old Self (and old home).

Phase 2 :: Unpacking
During this phase, our focus is on getting you comfortably moved in :: unpacking boxes, placing items in their general spots, and breaking down packing materials. The goal is simply to get you settled and functional as quickly as possible, so we don't focus on product research, shopping, returns, or design work during this stage. 

Phase 3 :: Organizing
Once you’ve lived in the space a bit, we return for the organizing phase. Here, we take a more detailed approach by organizing each space based on how you’re naturally using it. This is when we bring in our Signature Service :: designing your custom organizing systems, sourcing and installing product, and creating lasting order. Each space is priced as a set project fee, which we determine after the unpacking phase.

All of this is designed for less chaos up front with more clarity and longevity where (and when) it matters most.

  • You don’t truly know how you’ll live in a new home on day one. The entry you think will be used daily often isn’t. By waiting, we create systems based on actual habits, not guesses.

  • Organizing one room at a time allows for deeper focus, more customization, and better outcomes. We avoid forcing decisions across the entire home all at once.

Source intentionally, not reactively
  • We’re not limited by what’s immediately in stock or available during move-in week. This means better product choices, more refined systems, more custom choices, and a finished result that feels considered, not rushed.

Moving is already compressed, chaotic, and decision-heavy. In a matter of days, you’re relocating a lifetime of belongings. Adding detailed organizing decisions, product sourcing, purchases, and installations into that same window only compounds the stress and leads to rushed choices. Our two-phased "Settle-In" approach is designed to protect your time, energy, and investment.

so, why the phased approach?

We start with a complimentary phone consultation to get to know one another, learn what to expect, and discuss your timeline. From there, we move to the logistics.

Phases 1 & 2 :: DECLUTTERING & UNPACKING :: $150/Hour for 2 Organizers
  • Our sessions are usually for 4-6 hours a day, with a minimum of 2 Organizers. We can staff up to 6 Organizers, if needed.
  • Time is billed per actualized hours.
  • Decluttering can take up to a week, dependent upon how many spaces and how much content.
  • Most move-ins require 2-3 days of dedicated unpacking sessions, depending on whether we're doing the whole home or only concentrating on certain spaces.

Phase 3 :: ORGANIZING :: $200/Hour for 2 Organizers
  • We will look at each individual space you want professionally set up and supply you with a maximum project cost per space.
  • Product sourcing and procuring time is included; however, product hard costs are additional
  • Most spaces require 1-2 days of dedicated organizing time, depending on overall size, contents, and design
